Meet our Founder

Christian founded DCA International in 2024 with a clear ambition: to help businesses grow while placing people, possibility and positivity at the heart of everything it does.

Adventure and entrepreneurship have always shaped Christian’s story. He spent a decade living and working on Canada’s West Coast, holding senior leadership roles across hospitality, retail and tourism. A passionate advocate for people-first leadership, he pioneered youth employment programmes, developed emerging leaders and helped organisations achieve exceptional growth. Christian later joined Apple, leading teams, projects and initiatives across North America, China and Hong Kong. These experiences strengthened a belief that continues to guide his work: remarkable performance begins by creating an environment in which people can thrive.

In 2024, Christian returned to the UK and completed his MBA with Distinction. His research into burnout, performance coaching and leadership development now informs his doctoral research on preparing tomorrow’s leaders for an increasingly complex world.

Alongside his work with DCA International, Christian is an active member of his local business community, building connections, sharing ideas and supporting the people and organisations helping the region thrive. He also contributes expert business insight to Tunbridge Wells Business Magazine and publishes regularly on Medium.

Across every chapter of his career, one belief has remained constant: when people are given hope, opportunity and the confidence to succeed, incredible things can happen. DCA International brings that belief to life.
