DCA International conducts and supports research into leadership, workplace culture, wellbeing and the future of work.
If you register an interest in our research or participate in a survey, interview, focus group or other study, we may collect information such as your contact details, professional background, opinions, experiences and research responses.
Before you participate, we will provide information specific to the study. This will explain:
The purpose of the research
What participation involves
What information we will collect
Our lawful basis for using that information
Whether responses will be anonymous or confidential
Who may receive or process the information
How long the information will be retained
How findings may be reported or published
Your rights and any arrangements for withdrawing from the study
Participation is voluntary. Choosing not to participate will not affect your relationship with DCA International.
Research findings may be published in an aggregated or anonymised form. We will not identify individual participants in published findings unless they have given specific permission for this.
Each research project may have different data requirements and retention arrangements. The Participant Information Sheet or Study Privacy Notice supplied for that project will take precedence where it provides more specific information.
